Re: Visitor Parking, Rental Spaces, Guest Parking
As we move forward through 2022 and continue to make PLC the place you want to stay, there will be some changes along the way. One of those changes will be regarding parking.
There have been signs placed near the Visitor Parking spots in each area of the Condominium Complex. As of March 31, 2022, Owners/Residents will no longer be able to utilize the Visitor Parking spaces as an additional daily parking space. Instead, Owners/Residents will have the opportunity to rent additional parking space(s) in the lot that is on upper White Cap Lane. Currently this lot is gravel, however it will be paved and spaces will be numbered.
If you are currently utilizing a Visitor Parking spot as an additional parking space, you will be in jeopardy of being towed as early as April 4, 2022. Please take advantage of this opportunity while you can, as there are only 17 spaces available. To rent additional parking, scan the QR Code and fill in the form. Someone will get back to you with your contract within 48 hours.
PARKING SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION
We are currently in the process of updating the parking space rental program. If additional parking is needed, please contact us, and we will get back to you.
VISITING GUEST PARKING PROCEEDURES
Purpose: To accommodate guests of Owners/Residents who will be parking for more than three (3) consecutive days, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days.
If you have a guest visiting and they need parking, you will need to scan the Visiting Guest QR Code to request a free parking permit. You will need to fill in all the information on the form, at least 72 hours prior to your guest arriving, and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
Thank you for your support and cooperation! If there are any questions, please email us!
